Introduction

This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location and is calendar days (not business days).

No returns will be accepted for a refund beyond the 30-day window.

To notify us of your intent to return, please email our customer support team.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

You, as the customer, are 100% responsible for return costs.

What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the return window mentioned above (30 days after you receive the item), we will refund your order using your original method of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of when we receive your refund request. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.

How much will the refund be?

The refund will cover your order amount, including the original shipping cost unless you have chosen a nonstandard delivery method (such as expedited or express shipping).

We may not refund the shipping cost for orders that are partially returned.
